PS Remote Play**

Stream compatible games from your PS5™ or PS4™ console to your iPad, iPhone or Mac, and play using the PS Remote Play App** and your DualSense wireless controller. The app requires an internet connection and account for PlayStation™ Network.

Pairing your device

Thanks to official support included in iOS 14.5, iPadOS 14.5, macOS 11.3 and tvOS 14.5, you can quickly pair the DualSense wireless controller with your Apple device the first time you use it.

Charging the controller

The Sony DualSense wireless controller charges via a standard USB Type-C® input (cable not included). It requires a USB Battery Charging 1.2-compatible wall charger to charge, or standard USB 2.0 or 3.0 compatible port found on a PS5 console, Mac or PC computer.

Shipping Policy

Ireland : Orders are dispatched same working day when ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday for delivery next working day with AN POST couriers. 

UK and EU : Orders are dispatched same working day when ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday for delivery 3 to 5 working days with AN POST couriers

US and Canada : Orders are dispatched same working day when ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday for delivery 5 to 7 working days with AN POST couriers

Rest of the world : Orders are dispatched same working day when ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday for delivery 5 to 7 working days with AN POST couriers

Refund Policy

  1. Contact us at sales@fonezworld.com before returning any items.
  2. All returns will be accepted within 14 days from placing your order.
  3. Return must be in original packaging to receive an exchange or Refund.
  4. All returns are to be sent to the trading address of Fonezworld Arklow 30 Main Street Arklow Co Wicklow Ireland Y14CK11 
  5. New Sealed Phones/Tablets When purchasing a New Sealed device from us, be aware we cannot offer a refund on any device that has been opened and activated. This is due to the fact that the device is no longer classified as a new device, but a used one. In this instance, if you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will offer you a trade in value on your used device as opposed to a refund.
  6. Our returns policy complies with EU regulations (2000). To cancel an order, written notice by email must be sent requesting a return. We will offer a refund as long as good(s) are sent back in their original condition, unused and unopened in their original packaging (if packaging is included)
  7. Returns for all faulty items will be tested and decision will be made with in a week of receiving the product.
  8. In accordance with EU law, the cost of both original and return postage and packaging shall be borne by the customer and deducted from any refund
  9. Any additional postage charges for returns that are not faulty will need to be paid by the buyer.
  10. Returns are subject to quality check, please include all original packaging with all returns
  11. Your statutory rights are not affected

    Our warranty covers any manufacturing or technical faults that may occur with your device.
    We run all our devices through quality check testing as much as we can to ensure that you are getting a fully functioning device.

    The warranty on our Products are only valid as long as there is no damage caused to the device (ie. Broken Screen, liquid/water damage, physical damage )
